RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Because, we are small hotel the cancellations really affect us a lot. Reservations cancelled less than 15 days notice will be charged the remaining balance 25% of the reservation (this is not included as part of the deposit not refundable 1-3 days), this charge will be made to the credit card provided . During the holiday period if a reservation is canceled less than 15 days notice will be charged 100% of the remaining balance, except that the room is re-sold.).
Deposits are non-refundable (no exceptions.)   If such be returned as a credit note, subject to availability.

The long-term booking discounts or multiple reservations are based on fourth the length of stay, this means that: Any reservation considered "long term" (a week or more), any reservation that is more than one room or booking "discount" based on length of stay in any part of these reservations is canceled, the entire reservation be partial
1-  non-refundable
2-  Apply charge of 25% of the remaining balance
Including days of deposit required to book a long stay.

Remember that these charges will be applied to Customer's Credit Card as a requirement.
We strictly adhere to each of our policies and have been created and established as policy of the hotel. It does not offer returns.
We reserve the right to enforce all conditions and Admissions.




NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
To confirm a reservation, this place requires a non refundable deposit for 1-3 night stays. This deposit amount is determined by the period a time of year:
REGULAR SEASON
We need a day of deposit.
HIGH SEASON
Require a deposit of two days


HOLIDAY PERIODS
Deposit is required three days
Load the non-refundable deposit to your credit card. (REQUIRED)




CREDIT CARD
You do not have credit card can you make your reservation in the same way just we will require make a deposit into our account through a local bank and adhering a deposit of $ 25.00 will be returned on departure to or subtracted from the remaining balance and then we require a scanned copy of the deposit sent via email.
Once we verified your deposit or to charge your card a will be sending you a confirmation of your reservation is considered valid only way your reservation do not receive your email check your inbox including the spam or junk mail, is your should contact to help you.




INFORMATION OF BOQUETE FOREVER AND POLICIES
OFFICE HOURS:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00pm
If you arrive before you can enter only with prior notice if the cabin is clean and ready for occupancy.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00am
To exit later require preauthorization and charging a fee. (Subject to availability)
Between 11:00am and 1:00pm  A fee of $20.00
After 1:00pm  incur a charge for one night's stay will be applied.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 2-7 PEOPLE PER CABIN
The rates of the cabins are based on occupancy of 4 persons. Be charged $ 15.00 for each extra person, children over 5 to 18 years pay $ 10.00. (According to the season). Unfortunately we work only based on maximum occupancy of the cabin as it does not work with extra bed and can not accept more than the maximum occupancy.
LATE CHECK-IN: AFTER 6:00pm
As the office closes, it is necessary to inform us of your late arrival. If you are arriving after office hours, please let us know in advance to arrange for someone to wait to give you your key.
EARLY CHECK-OUT: CHECK BEFORE 9:00am
If you think your journey back early before our offices open please arrange your departure the previous day, before our offices close, If you can not do, the balance of your stay and any additional charges to the room be charged to the card that was used for the deposit you have no credit card on file are required to make the remaining payment of your reservation upon arrival.
SMOKING AREA
By law, all the cabins and the patio area or social areas are non-smoking areas.  The inputarea of the cabins is also a non-smoking area because we hold that children and people with respiratory problems which may be affected, please do it very cautiously when smoking in open areas outside the hut and without affecting who are around, remember that our hotel can be punishable by law are not met.
PETS
Unfortunately we do not accept pets. (No exceptions)
LOST
Our administration is not responsible for lost valuables lost or forgotten by you, is your responsibility to use the safe and secure doors and windows and give the right use to the security tools offered.
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR
Any unacceptable behavior will result in is terminated your stay and you will have to leave our hotel (additional balance will be charged for revocation of the total cost of booking).
Charges for damage to the room or property and / or loss including remote control or keys lost or misplaced or not returned will be charged to the credit card or taken from the security deposit requested.
